We generally deliver within 4 to 5 days. Although depending on the pin code the delivery may extend to 7 days. Fastest Delivery option is available for same day delivery and 1 day delivery also.

To be eligible to receive your purchase from the website, a minimum of 1 product needs to be ordered. One can order max.10 quantity of any product in a single order.
MRPs of all products are inclusive of all the taxes. The taxes are levied as per the government laws (bound to change as per the change in government tax laws).
All shipping will be carried out by our Courier Partner: Delhivery.
All refunds will also be carried out through the same payment gateway.
Express Delivery option is available with the above-mentioned courier partner, charges of which will be levied according to your location. The express delivery charged will be mentioned before you place your order.
Customers can modify the shipping address before the product has been packed. After the packing of the product is complete, no modification in the shipping address will be accepted.
In case the order does not reach you within the stipulated time period, can raise the complaint at email@example.com with your order number.
All cancellations will be accepted before the order has been packaged and shipped. Once the order has been packed, cancellations will not be accepted. After the order has been shipped, only return or exchange will be available which will be accepted after the order is received by the customer. Multiple order cancellations by one customer with lead to their account being added in our Blacklist.
Once we receive the notification by the Delivery Boy that the returned saree has been picked up, the refund for the same will be initiated. It may reflect in your account within 4 to 5 working days. Kindly Coperate.
If you receive a damaged/defective product, contact us within 24 hours of receiving the product on firstname.lastname@example.org / +91 98216 43836. Once the complaint is raised, you have to send us a screenshot of your damaged/defective product along with the description of the damage on email@example.com.
Note:For International Shipping ,extra charges will be applied in the total amount of your order which will be calculated according to the delivery location.
Order can be cancelled only if the product is not dispatched from the warehouse,once the product is shipped,the order will not be cancelled,with no return and no exchange.
